Ph.D: Biotechnology, Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Design, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Humanities and Social Sciences; and also in the centres for Energy, Nanotechnology, Environment

While assistantships are available for all full time Regular M.Tech/M.Des, Dual (M.Tech + Ph.D) and Ph.D students, MCM scholarships are available for eligible M.A. students
