Karnataka Veterinary Animal and Fisheries Sciences University Announces MBA (Food Business) Admission 2022

KVAFSU MBA (Food Business) Admission 2022 – Karnataka Veterinary Animal and Fisheries Sciences University (KVAFSU) Bengaluru applications are invited for admission to Master of Business Administration (Food Business) at Dairy Science College, Hebbal, Bangalore Campus for the Academic year 2022

Important Dates

  • The filled in applications duly complete in all respects: 21st November 2022
  • Date of MBA Written Test, GD, and Interview: 05th December 2022

 

Eligibility Criteria

  • Eligible candidates for this two years full time MBA course shall possess B.Tech. (D.Tech.)/B.V.Sc./B.V.Sc.&A.H./B.F.Sc./B.Sc.(Agri.)/B.Sc.(Ag.Maco)/ B.Sc.(Horti.)/ B.Sc.(Rural Home Sci.)/ B.Tech.(Food Engg.)/ B.Sc.(Food Tech.)/ B.Tech.(Agri.Engg.)/B.Sc.(Sericulture)/ B.Sc./B.Com/B.B.M./B.B.A.
  • Candidates who have studied a 4 years’ undergraduate degree programme or possessing a postgraduate degree in any discipline are also eligible.

Written Test

  • Candidates seeking admission have to appear for a written test compulsorily on the date mentioned below.

Reservation of Seats

  • The seats shall be reserved in accordance with the existing reservation policy of Govt. of Karnataka. However, no fee concession is given to any of the categories, since this is a self financed degree program

 

Application Procedure

  • Application and Prospectus: The applications along with the prospectus can be downloaded from the website www.foodmba.in
  • Application fee of Rs.1000/- for General candidates and Rs.500/- for SC/ST/Cat-1 shall be paid through NEFT/RTGS to the account of Assistant Comptroller, MBA Revolving fund (Canara Bank, Hebbal A/C No.0425101050836 IFSC code: CNRB0000425)
  • The filled in applications duly complete in all respects along with requisite application fee should be submitted on or before 24-01-2022.

 

Selection Procedure

  • The selection will be based on the Marks of the Entrance Examination. The details of the Entrance Examination will be declared later on.

  • For General Categories: Rs. 1000/-
  • For SC/ST Categories: Rs. 500/-
