Goa Institute of Management PGDM Admission 2024 – Goa Institute of Management GIM has released applications for admission to two years full-time PGDM, PGDM (HCM), PGDM (BDA) and PGDM (BFSI) Program for the academic year 2024-26. The PGDM curriculum comprising 6 terms is a judicious blend of theory and practice with the focus on building the necessary concepts, skills and competencies to augment career growth and is regularly reviewed in consultation with the Academic Advisory Committee comprising experts from industry and academia.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 50% aggregate in Bachelor’s Degree
- *Candidates who will complete all requirements for the degree by June, 2024 may also apply. Candidates in the last year of degree should have obtained a minimum 50% aggregate (45% for SC/ST category) in the latest examination.
- Must have taken/ appeared for any one of the following:
- For IDA – International Double Degree Programme in Analytics,
- Minimum 30 months of work experience (preferably 36) is required.
- Statement of Purpose is to be submitted.
- Candidates must appear for at least one of the following English Proficiency Exams. with scores to be submitted by 29 February 2024 and must attain the scores mentioned:
- TOEFL iBT – Minimum score: 100
- IELTS – Minimum score: 7.0
- Cambridge English Proficiency exam (CPE) – Minimum grade: C
- Cambridge English Advanced exam (CAE) – Minimum grade: B
- Cambridge English Business Certificates (BEC) – Minimum grade: B
- The candidates will have to appear for the GIM Analytics Aptitude Test (GAAT) for PGDM (BDA) and the IDA programmes.

Selection Process
- The selection will be based on the cumulative performance in CAT / XAT/ CMAT/ GMAT scores, Academic Performance/ Group Discussion, Personal Interview,, Work Experience, if any (10% weightage), performance in face-to-face evaluation (30% weightage) and Profile Assessment Index (5% weightage).
