Eligibility Criteria for BNM Institute of Technology Admission 2021
Programs Minimum Qualifications
For BE/B.Tech Admission for the first year of the course shall be open to the students who have passed the two years Pre-University Examination (Science) conducted by Karnataka State Pre-University Board or 10 + 2 School Programme of the Central Board (CBSE / ICSE) New Delhi with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as optional subjects and English as a subject of study or those who have passed any other examinations recognized by the VTU as equivalent thereto.
Minimum aggregate of 45% of marks is required from PCM to seek admission to Engineering Courses.
For M.Tech Pass with Minimum 60% in B. E./ B. Tech./ M.Sc in engineering or sciences discipline

For MBA Program

 Graduates of Commerce, Arts, Science, Business Management, Law, Agriculture and Engineering disciplines who have obtained a minimum aggregate of 50 percent of marks are eligible to seek admission to MBA Programme.
Interested students are required to look for advertisements in leading newspapers for PGCET / K-MAT Entrance Test announcements. Any one entrance test of PGCET / K-MAT / CAT / MAT is a must for admission. 50% of the seats will be allocated based on the Karnataka State PGCET scores through Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) counseling.
The remaining 50% of the seats coming under the management quota will be allocated on the basis of the ranking in K-MAT / CAT / MAT / PGCET. The undergraduate aggregate score will also be considered for merit.

  • The candidates desirous to seek admission are required to apply online. Only those applicants, who apply online before the last date and satisfy the eligibility criteria, will be considered for admission.
  • Application fee can be paid through Debit/Credit card, internet banking or cash payment

Selection Process
  • Once the applications are received in person/online the same will be perused by a team of Panel Members and short listed candidates will be called to complete joining formalities.

Scholarships
  • The Management is happy to announce Scholarships for meritorious and also economically weaker/poor students/rural/farmer’s children to the extent of total amount of Rs.50 lakhs per year.
  • CET students admitted within the ranking of 1000 will be given an one time scholarship of Rs.25000/-.
  • COMEDK students within ranking 3000 will be given one time scholarship of Rs.10,000/-.
  • Scholarship of Rs.10,000/- to all students securing more than 90% in any semester or CGPA of above 9.0.
  • Scholarships of Rs.10,000/- to Rs.25,000/- will be given to rural Karnataka students from economically weaker sections admitted through CET.
  • Students who score more than 60% in exams and have represented Karnataka in any sports are awarded scholarships of Rs.25,000/-.
  • Students who score more than 60% in exams and have represented our Country in any sports are awarded scholarships of Rs.50,000/-.
  • Cultural scholarship of Rs.10,000/- to Rs.25000/- to VTU Youth Festival winners of medals and participants.
