WBJEE Application Form 2024: Check Dates, Steps to Fill Form, Application Fee

 

WBJEE application form 2024 is released by the exam conducting authority. Interested candidates can fill out the form online by visiting the official website of WBJEE. The WBJEE application process involves registration, filling out the application form, payment of the application fee and downloading the confirmation page.

 

There will also be an Application Form Correction facility opened for candidates who want to make changes to their WBJEE application form. This will be for a limited period only.

WBJEE 2024 Application Process

It is essential for the aspirants who want to appear for the exam to apply for WBJEE Notification 2023. Here we have provided the steps to help candidates fill out the application form.

 

Step 1: Visit the official website of WBJEE: wbjeeb.nic.in.

 

Step 2: Click on the link provided for “WBJEE Application Form 2024”. Candidates who want to appear for the GNM and ANM (R) exams should click on the link to download ANM (R) and GNM hall tickets.

 

Step 3: Log in with the following details:

Name of the candidate

Gender

Date of Birth

Parent’s Name

Mobile Number

Email ID, etc.

 

Step 4: Click on “Submit” and generate the “Application Number and Password“.

 

Step 5: Log in with your credentials and enter your personal, academic and other details like the preference of exam cities, etc.

 

Step 6: Upload the scanned copies of your Photograph and Signature.

Step 7: A candidate will be directed to the application fee payment page after successfully uploading the image and signature. Make a payment of the WBJEE application form fee.

General category candidates have to pay a fee of INR 500 to fill WBJEE Application Form 2024 while reserved category candidates have to pay a fee of INR 400.

Step 8: Candidates should then submit their WBJEE 2024 application form.

WBJEE 2024 Application Form: Important Instructions

  • Application for the examination must be done online only. No printed application form is

available.

  • Ensure filling genuine application form available online only at www.wbjeeb.nic.in
  • Do not attempt to make any duplicate application
  • It is essential to have a valid mobile number and a unique valid email ID. All future communications by the Board will be sent to the registered mobile number and email ID. 
  • Upload scanned copy of photograph and signature as per the instructions provided.
  • Candidates are requested to go through the Board’s website (www.wbjeeb.nic.in/) regularly to update themselves for the latest information.

 

WBJEE 2024 Form Correction

Candidates are supposed to fill the form very carefully to avoid making mistakes. However, WBJEEB is expected to open WBJEE 2024 Form Correction window in the 4th week of January, 2024 and any committed mistakes can be rectified then. In this period, candidates can edit certain fields of their application form.

  • It is not possible to correct any primary registration data like Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Gender, Domicile and Date of Birth.
  • If any information other than name, father’s name, mother’s name, gender, domicile and date of birth given in the application needs to be corrected, the rectification may be done by the candidate only within the notified ‘Correction Period’. The Board will not make or allow any correction thereafter.
  • Candidates will be asked to pay a Form Correction Fee.

Q. How will I know if the scanned copies of my photograph and signature have been accepted for upload in my WBJEE application form 2024?
Ans. You will be notified via SMS on your registered mobile number if there is any discrepancy in the scanned images you have uploaded while filling your WBJEE application form 2024. If no such message is shown, consider your upload to be successful.
