  1. Online Application Form will be accepted; the online form is available on Institute Website www.lnmipat.ac.in.
  2. Application Fee Rs.1500/- only (for SC/ST Candidates Rs.750/- only) for admission must be submitted through the Challan in Allahabad Bank, Patna A/c No.: 20065280696 or SBI High Court Branch Patna A/c No.: 35722185550.
  3. The Challan of the Bank can be downloaded from the Institute website.
