My dear brother, Shiv
I hope my letter finds you in the best of your health. I have been concerned about you since the COVID-19 outbreak. The symptoms of infection of the new coronavirus are often similar to those of other respiratory virus infections. So, preventive measures are our first line of defense. The first step is to ensure that your surroundings are clean. Maintaining personal hygiene is also very important; make sure you wash your hands for at least twenty seconds and bathe daily. I would suggest you to include immunity-boosting ingredients in your diet like turmeric, tulsi and amla. Make sure you workout four days a week for at least thirty minutes.

Now, it is also very important that you restrict your outdoor visits and take all necessary precautions while going out. When you go out, make sure you wear a mask, carry a hand sanitiser (with at least 60% alcohol) and adhere to the social distancing norms. In case you cough or sneeze, make sure you cover your mouth and if your hands are occupied, you can always cough or sneeze in your elbow. In case you feel any symptoms, make sure to isolate yourself in your room and restrict contact with other individuals. I would suggest you to avoid getting panicked and visit your nearby doctor.

I wish you good health and happiness. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Yours lovingly
Shweta
