Pandit Sundarlal Sharma Open University (PSSOU) Chhattisgarh announces Pre B.Ed and D.El.Ed Entrance Exam 2022

 

PSSOU Pre B.Ed and D.El.Ed Entrance Exam 2022 – Pandit Sundarlal Sharma (Open) University Chhattisgarh, Bilaspur has released the notification for Pre B.Ed and D.El.Ed Entrance Exam 2022 for admission into Pre B.Ed and D.El.Ed courses.

BEd.

  • Availability of Application Form: 06th May 2022
  • Last Date to apply: 15th June 2022
  • Last date to apply with late fee of Rs 200/-: 16th to 24th June 2022
  • Last date to apply with late fee of Rs 500/-: 25th to 30th June 2022
  • With late fee of Rs 500/ + Date of applying with Rs 100 per day -: 01st to 08th July 2022
  • Availability of Admit Card: 05th July 2022
  • B.Ed Exam Date: 10th July 2022
  • Availability of Answer Key: 18th July 2022
  • Declaration of Result: 22nd July 2022
  • Claim Objection Last Date :23rd to 27th July 2022

D.El.Ed

  • Availability of Application Form: 06th May 2022
  • Last Date to apply: 15th June 2022
  • Last date to apply with late fee of Rs 200/-: 16th to 30th June 2022

  • Admission Open : 12th July 2022

 

Eligibility Criteria

For B.Ed Admission

  • Applicants who have secured at least 50 percent marks in the undergraduate / postgraduate examination will be eligible.
  • In case of SC / ST / OBC / disabled, it is necessary to have at least 45% marks.
  • In addition, if the applicant is a serving teacher, he should complete any course in elementary education, such as D.El.Ed / D.Ed / BTI / BTC / DPE.
  • As per the Government of Chhattisgarh, seat reservation and relaxation will be provided to the candidates of special category in the minimum educational qualification.

For D.El.Ed Admission

  • Applicants who have secured at least 50% marks in the Higher Secondary or its equivalent exam
  • Applicants who have secured at least 45% marks in the status of Scheduled Castes / Scheduled Tribes / Other Backward Classes / Disabled will be eligible and women applicants must have at least 45 percent marks in graduation.
  • As per the Government of Chhattisgarh, seat reservation and relaxation will be provided to the candidates of special category in the minimum educational qualification.

 

Application Process

  • The application form can be accessed through the official site of PSSOU Pre B.Ed & D.El.Ed. The Application Process will be done through Online Mode. Before applying for the PSSOU Pre B.Ed & D.El.Ed 2022
  • The Application link has been activated on 06th May 2022 and the candidate can not apply after the specified date which is 15th June 2022.

 

Follow the steps given below to fill up the application form.

  • First of all, Candidates have to go to the official website of Pandit Sundarlal Sharma (Open) University https://pssou.ac.in/
  • Click on the ‘Apply Online’ link.
  • Submit all the personal and Academic Details which are required.
  • Candidate is required to fill his/her name, date of birth, contact number etc.
  • After filling all the information, the application number of the candidates will be generated, after which the candidates can proceed to fill the payment.
  • Printout of e-receipt should be taken after filling the payment
  • The candidate must ensure that the personal details and documentation are complete and correct.
  • If any reasons the details which you fill in are incorrect or incomplete then your application form will not be accepted by the Official Authority.

 

Application Fee

  • The Application Fee can be paid through Online Mode. After Completion of the Application, the Form Candidate has to pay through Debit/Credit Card. Once you deposit the fee will not be refundable of any condition.
  • Application Fee is Rs. 1000/-

 

Selection Process

  • Selection will be based on a written test and 10/12th merit. 

 

Exam Pattern

  • Exam Mode: This entrance examination is conducted through offline mode.
  • Type of Question: There are multiple-choice questions in the test. 
  • Negative Marking: Negative marks will not be given.
  • Number of Questions: There will be a total of 120 questions in the question paper.
  • Marking Scheme: In this test, 1 mark is awarded for each answer given correctly.
  • Total Marks: The question paper will be of 120 marks in total.
  • Duration of Exam: The duration of the exam is 2 hours 15 minutes
  • Medium: The question paper will be in English and Hindi Medium
