MAT 2023 December Exam – All India Management Association (AIMA) invites applications for Management Aptitude Test (MAT) December 2023 Exam. Management Aptitude Test (MAT) is a standardized test being administered since 1988 to facilitate Business Schools (B-Schools) to screen candidates for admission to MBA and allied programs offered in over 600 B-schools across India. Govt. of India, Ministry of HRD approved MAT as a national level test in 2003. Any B-School – national or international consider MAT Score as an admission input based on the Score Cards issued to the candidates. Schedule – PBT

  • Last Date for PBT Online Registration: 05th December 2023
  • Availability of PBT Admit Card: 07th December 2023
  • PBT Test Date: 09th December 2023 (Sunday)

Schedule – CBT

  • Last Date for CBT Online Registration: 28th November 2023
  • Availability of CBT Admit Card: 13th December 2023
  • CBT Test Date: 16th December 2023 (Sunday)

MAT Result

  • Availability of MAT December 23 Score on MAT Website: By Last week of December 2023 Candidates have to download the MAT Score from website https://mat.aima.in/ (Applicant dashboard)

 

Eligibility Criteria

Before applying for the MAT 2023 exam, candidates are required to fulfill  the eligibility criteria laid down by the All India Management Association (AIMA). Here we have listed down minimum eligibility criteria  for MAT 2023

  • Candidates interested in MAT December 2023 must fulfill the eligibility criteria to apply for it. In case you clear the exam but are not eligible then you will not be able to take the final admission in the MAT associate college.

Academic Qualification

  • Graduates in any discipline are eligible to apply for MAT 2023. 
  • The Final year students of Graduate Courses are eligible to apply.
  • Minimum Aggregate Marks
  • The marks are according to the rule’s guidelines of the individual’s colleges.

Age Limit

  • There is no age limit to take the examination.

 

How to Apply for MAT December 2023 Exam – Application Process

MAT 2023 December application process has begun. Candidates can follow the steps mentioned below to register for MAT 2023.

  • Interested Candidates can apply only through online mode at the official website https://www.aima.in

Steps to Register

  • Log on to AIMA MAT website: www.bit.ly/MAT_2023
  • Enter name, date of birth, email, mobile number and password
  • Select state/UT, city, test option and a password
  • Click on ‘register’
  • An OTP will be sent on the registered mobile number
  • Verify phone number using the OTP and login to complete the MAT registration
  • Make payment of MAT application fee with Credit Card/Debit Card (ATM Card), Net Banking, UPI or Paytm Wallet.
  • Select exam mode and two test cities
  • Enter academic and personal details
  • Upload photo and signature in prescribed format
  • Select five institutes you wish AIMA to send your MAT score to for admission
  • Download the copy of duly filled application form after submission. 

Essential Documents to be made ready for online registration:

  • (i) Valid Email Id
  • (ii) Scanned image of photograph (10 to 50 kb)
  • (iii) Scanned image of signature (5 to 20 kb)
  • (iv) Credit Card/Debit Card (ATM Card) or Net Banking details

Candidate can take MAT as

  • Remote Proctored Internet Based Test (IBT) or
  • Double Remote Proctored Internet Based Test (IBT) or
  • Based Test (PBT) or
  • Paper Based Test and Remote Proctored Internet Based Test (PBT+IBT) or
  • Computer Based Test (CBT) or
  • Computer Based Test and Remote Proctored Internet Based Test (CBT+IBT) or
  • Paper Based Test and Computer Based Test (PBT+CBT) or
  • Double Computer Based Test (CBT+CBT)

Note:

  • Candidates can opt for an additional mode of test (e.g. IBT+IBT, PBT+CBT, IBT+PBT, IBT+CBT, CBT+CBT) by paying an extra fee of Rs.3300/- in addition to Rs.2100/-.
  • Candidates opting for additional tests will have the benefit of selecting additional 2 Management Institutes for sending their scores in addition to the existing option of selecting 5 Management Institutes i.e. they can select 7 Management Institutes in total.
