Eligibility Criteria for HP LEET 2024
- Eligibility criteria for admission to 2nd year (3rd semester) in Polytechnic Engineering diploma courses under Lateral Entry Scheme as per AICTE, Approval Process Hand Book, Which are as under:-
- The candidate must have passed 10+2 examination with physics/Mathematics/ Chemistry/Computer Science /Electronics/ Information Technology /Biology/Informatics Practices/ Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational subject/Agriculture/Engineering Graphics/Business Studies/Entrepreneurship as per table 8.4 of AICTE, Approval Process Hand Book (APH) 2024-27 & and the essential qualification for course of engineering which have not been mentioned in the table 8.4 is enclosed as Appendix III (a) in the prospectus part – I of LEET prospectus. or
- 10th + 2 years ITI under NCVT/SCVT/COE in Engineering stream shall be eligible for admission to Second year DiplomaCourse(s) of appropriate Programme as per AICTE Norms. In Case, candidates has appeared or going to appear in 10+2/NCVT/SCVT/COE examinations, is also eligible to appear in the Entrance test provisionally but his/her eligibility shall be verified at the time of counseling by the central Admission Selection Committee.

- Mode of Exam: The mode of examination is Offline (pen-paper based).
- Number of Question: The total number of questions are 100
- Type of Questions: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) are asked.
- Total Marks: The total marks are 400.
- Duration: Total duration is 02 hours.
- Language: The question is in Bi-lingual (English and Hindi).
