The CSIR NET 2024 exam is held in a computer-based test (CBT) mode. Candidates must select one of the five subjects (Life Sciences, Physical Sciences, Chemical Sciences, Mathematical Sciences, Earth Sciences) during the application process, based on their academic background and expertise.The exam is of a total of 200 marks and is of 3 hours.
