Bihar STET 2023 – Bihar School Examination Board has released the notification and invites online application for Bihar Secondary Teachers Eligibility Test (Bihar STET) 2023 for the recruitment of Secondary Level Teacher for the state of Bihar.

Eligibility Criteria

  • For Bihar STET Exam 2023, Paper 2 Commerce Science examination will be conducted, in which teachers will be organized to become higher secondary teachers, for this the following educational qualification has been kept.
  • The candidate should be a permanent resident of India and a resident of Bihar.
  • Bihar Municipal Corporation, Zilla Parishad, Secondary Higher Secondary School, Service, Appointment, Promotion, Transfer, Disciplinary Action and Service Conditions Rules, 2020 can be candidates for Secondary Teacher Eligibility Test.
  • Bihar Commerce Secondary Teacher Eligibility Test Bihar Commerce STET Exam 2023 Paper 2 Must have a postgraduate degree with 50% marks from a world recognized university coming under commerce faculty.
  • SC/ST/Extremely Backward Classes/Backward Classes/Divyang and Women will be given relaxation of 5% in the minimum prescribed marks.
  • To appear in the Secondary Teacher Eligibility Test 2023, it will be mandatory for the candidate to apply on the last date of application and training based on the qualification of B.Ed.

Age Limit

  • Candidates should have a minimum age limit of 21 years as of 01.08.2022
  • The age relaxation for the different categories has been given in the below.
  • General (Male) – 37 Years
  • General (Female) – 40 Years
  • Backward Class(Male as well as Female) – 40 Years
  • Most Backward Classes ( Male as well as Female) – 40 Years
  • Scheduled Caste (Male/Female) – 42 Years
  • Scheduled Tribe(Male/Female) – 42 Years

  • Fill out the application form and upload documents
  • And make a payment in the portal

  • SC/ST/PwBD – Rs.760/-

 

Bihar STET Examination 2023

  1. The questions in the Eligibility Test will be multiple choice.
  2. Each question will carry 1 mark.
  3. There will be no negative marking.
