Eligibility Criteria for Gitam University Law Courses Admission 2021

5-Year Programs

  • Integrated BA, LLB (Hons.)/BBA, LLB (Hons.) is based on LSAT-2021/CLAT-2021/should have passed HSS Exam/Intermediate Exam (10+2).
  • Its equivalent exam not less than 45% marks in aggregate (40% in case of SC/ST & PwD)

3 Year Program

  • Graduation in any discipline (except BFA & Single sitting graduates from any distance mode education) with not less than 45% marks (40% in case of SC/ST and PwD)
  • Age of the general candidates should not be more than 22 years (in case of SC/ST/PwD 24 years)

2 Year LLM (ADR) & LL.M (IPR) Programs

  • Graduation in Law (LLB/BA LLB/BBA LLB/BSc LLB/B. Com. LLB) from any recognized University with not less than 50% marks (45% in case of SC/ST/PwD) a candidates awaiting results may also apply
  • Age of the general should not be more than 30 years (in case of SC/ST/PwD 32 years)

  • Applications can be downloaded from www.gitam.edu and filled-in applications along with copies of certificates and DD for Rs.700/- (for Girls Rs.500/-) drawn in favour of the Director, School of Law, GITAM University on any scheduled bank payable at Visakhapatnam
  • Duly filled in application form along with the prescribed fee by way of demand draft
