ULSAT 2021 - University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES) announces Law Studies Aptitude Test (ULSAT) 2021 for Admission to Law Programs (BBA LL.B. (Hons.), B. Com. LL.B. (Hons.) and LL. M.) offered in various disciplines for the academic year 2021.
The application can be submitted through online mode on or before June 10, 2021, for LLB Program

University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES), Dehradun conducts UPES Law Studies Aptitude Test ULSAT 2021 for admission to the 5 years BA LLB, BBA LLB, and B.Com LLB. & B.Sc LLB.
University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES) has announced the exam date for ULSAT 2021. The exam will be conducted between 15th to 20th June 2021.
All programs offered by the UPES School of Law (SoL) are approved by the Bar Council of India.

BA LL.B (Hons.) with specialization in Energy Law/ Criminal Law/ Labor Law/ Constitution Law
BBA LL.B (Hons.) with specialization in Corporate Law/ International Trade and Investment Law / Banking, Finance and Insurance Law
B. Com. LL.B (Hons.) with specialization in Taxation Law/Media and Entertainment Law/ Legal Compliance and Secretarial Practices
B. Sc. LL.B. (Hons.) with specialization in Intellectual Property Rights/Food, Health and Environment Law/ Medical and Forensic Law
B. Tech. (Hons.) Computer Science and Engineering with LL.B in Cyber Law
LL.M. with specialization in Energy Law / Business Law / International Economic Law / Law and Technology (Ongoing)
Eligibility Criteria for UPES Law Admission 2021
For BA LLB, BBA LLB & B.Com LLB
Minimum 50% Marks at Higher & Senior Secondary level (10th & 12th)
For B.Sc LLB & B.Tech LLB
Minimum 50% marks at Higher & Senior Secondary level (10th & 12th)
Minimum 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics or Biology at Senior Secondary level (12th)
CLAT Merit/L-SAT India Merit
Candidates with minimum 50% marks in Higher & Senior Secondary (10th & 12th) and CLATAIR up to 15000/L-SAT India Percentile of 60 or above will be exempted from ULSAT and will be invited directly for Group Discussion and Interview.
Candidates with minimum 80% marks in Higher & Senior Secondary (10th & 12th) main five subjects (English as one of the compulsory subjects) are exempted from ULSAT and will be invited directly for Group Discussion and Interview.
Only candidates whose date of birth falls on or after October 1, 1999, are eligible to apply for admission. Date of Birth as recorded in the Secondary Education Board only will be taken as authentic.
For LLM Program
Minimum 50% marks at Higher & Senior Secondary level (X & XII)
Minimum 50% marks in Graduation with LLB Degree. Or equivalent.
UPES Law Admission 2021 Application Process
Candidates can apply online only through the official website https://www.upes.ac.in/
Steps to Follow:
Step 1 Click on the link https://www.upes.ac.in/
Step 2 Sign up by filling the Sign-Up Form with Name, E-Mail Address, Mobile Number, State, City, and Course Name.
Step 3 Enter OTP and fill details in the ULSAT 2020 Registration Form
Step 4 After that, the candidates will have to pay the application fee.
Step 5 Following it the last step is to fill the academic details
ULSAT 2021 Admit Card
- ULSAT 2021 Admit card will be available to the candidates in online mode only, on the official website www.upes.ac.in or candidate can get the direct link for downloading ULSAT 2021 Hall Ticket.
- Admit cards will only be released for the candidates who have submitted the application form on or before the last date. Admit card contains the important detail regarding the exams like examination time, venue, and instruction which candidates must follow during the examination time.
