Eligibility Criteria for CMC Ludhiana M.Sc Nursing Admission 2021

• Candidates must have passed one of the following examinations obtaining at least 55% marks in the aggregate.

• Post-Basic B.Sc. Nursing examination of Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot / Panjab University, Chandigarh.

• B.Sc. Nursing examination of Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot / Panjab University, Chandigarh

• Any other B.Sc. Nursing examination recognized by the Syndicate of Baba Farid University of Health Sciences as equivalent.

• Post Basic B.Sc.(IGNOU) only from Centers recognized by the Indian Nursing Council (INC).

• Minimum one-year work experience in Bedside Nursing / Public Health Nursing / Teaching after the declaration of Final result of B.Sc. Nursing or prior to or after Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing.

• Must be a Registered Nurse & Registered Midwife recognized by the Nursing Council of India. A Candidate who is not a Registered Midwife must have a short course certificate recognized by INC.

• Prospectus and application forms for M.Sc. Nursing program can be downloaded from www.cmcludhiana.in

• Applicants should send/submit the completed application form along with relevant enclosures and application fee of Rs.3500/- as demand draft is drawn in favor of ‘Christian Medical College Ludhiana Society’ drawn on any scheduled bank payable at Ludhiana, to The Registrar, Christian Medical College Ludhiana-141008, Punjab.

• The application fee is Rs.3500/- (Rupees Three Thousand Five Hundred Only) to be paid in Bank Demand Draft payable to Christian Medical College, Ludhiana Society drawn on any scheduled bank, payable at Ludhiana.

• The last date of submission of the completed application form, along with enclosures to the Registrar, Christian Medical College, Ludhiana is 17th February 2021 at 4 pm.

Admit Card

• Hall Ticket/Admit card can be downloaded from the website http://cmcludhiana.in/. Hall Ticket shall contain the time-table for the Admission Test, address of the center, and relevant information. It will have the name and application number, and passport size photograph of the applicant.

Selection Procedure

• The selection will be based on the Admission Test.

• The test will be held in College of Nursing, Christian Medical College, Ludhiana on 18th February 2021. An applicant should obtain at least 35% marks in written test in order to be eligible to be considered for admission, which will be as per the merit in the final result.

• The syllabus shall be based on B.Sc.(Nursing)/Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) level basic Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
