Eligibility: 10+2 with English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Botany and Zoology

Age: Born on or before 31st December, 1994

Group-B

Diploma in Nursing

Eligibility: 10+2 with 40% aggregate marks

Age: Born between 30th September, 1989 and 30th September, 1994 (age relaxed up to 35 years for those who have completed ANM/MPHW training)

Diploma courses in Allied Health Sciences

Eligibility: 10+2 with Science subjects-Anaesthesia Tech, Hand and Leprosy Physiotherapy, Optometry, Critical Care Therapy, Prosthetics and Orthotics, Hearing, Language and Speech, Radiodiagnosis, Radiotherapy

Age: Born on or before 15th July, 1994

Post-Diploma: Hospital Equipment Maintenance, Hospital Pharmacy Practice Courses after Graduation

PG Diplomas: Nuclear Medicine, Histopathology Lab Tech., Medical Microbiology, Medical Virology, Dialysis Therapy, Cardiac Technology, Neuro-electro-physiology, Perfusion Technology, Advanced Resp Therapy, Cytogenetics, Applied Molecular Genetics Methods, Assisted Reproductive Technology, Health Management, Hospital Administration, Health Economics, Policy and Financial Management, Clinical Pastoral Counseling, Clinical Pharmacy, Dietetics

PG Degree: M.Sc in Epidemiology and Biostatistics

Diploma course after post graduation: Fellowship in Hospital Administration

Age limit for Group B courses: Between 17 and 45 years wherever not specifically mentioned

Application forms can be obtained from 01st March, 2011 at the selected Head post offices (refer website for the list of post office)

Download the admission bulletin from 25th February, 2011 and apply on-line at the CMC website mentioned above on or before 02nd April, 2011

Application and prospectus are available at the office of the Registrar directly or by post duly mentioning your full postal address on payment of Rs 750/- from 25th February, 2011

Payable as a challan at any branch of the ICICI bank in India, mention FC-CMC-V on the challan or demand draft payable at Vellore favouring CMC Vellore association on any scheduled bank

Last date for submission of the filled application form is 02nd April, 2011
