Admission Notice No. 3/2011

Entrance Examination for AIIMS- PG/ Post- Doctoral Course- January, 2012 Session
Application are invited in the prescribed form through online mode for admission to AIIMS-PG (MD/ MS/ M.Ch (6 years)/ MDS/ MHA)/ Post Doctoral (DM/ M.Ch.) course as well as Ph.D Programme for January, 2012 session.

Date for entrance examination

(i) MD/ MC/ M.Ch (6 years)/ MDS – 13-11-2011 in Chennai, Delhi, Guwahati, Kolkata and Mumbai
(ii) DM/ M.Ch. / MHA – 11-12-2011 in Delhi only
(iii) Ph.D – 22-01-2012 in Delhi only.
The prospectus is available on AIIMS website www.aiimsexams.org and must be read carefully by the applicants before applying.  The application fee is Ra. 1000/- (Rs. 800/- for SC/ST candidates).

 

Application procedure

On-line application: A candidate can submit application on-line through internet

Visit www.aiimsexams.org read the prospectus and other details carefully and follow the instructions given therein

The candidate can pay the application fee through a challan form (downloaded from internet while applying on-line) in any branch of state bank of India

Transaction processing fee (as applicable) will be payable to the bank

A candidates can submit online through internet only.  Visit www.aiimsexams.org read the prospectus and other details carefully and follow the instructions given therein.  The candidates can pay the application fee through a Challan Form (to be downloaded from the internet while applying online) in any branch of State Bank of India (SBI).  Transaction/ Processing Fee as applicable will be payable to the Bank by the candidates.

Note-
1. Sponsored candidates of Central/ State Government/ Armed Forces/ PSU/ Autonomous Bodies as well as Foreign National candidates are also required to fill in the prescribed online application form including their choice of subject/ discipline (only one subject/ discipline).
2. The Foreign Nationals are required to send their application (down loaded copy of Registration Slips0 through Diplomatic Channel.
3. Such Sponsored as well as Foreign National candidates are required to appear in the Competitive Entrance Examination along with other candidates.

Last date for applying online and closing of registration – 03-10-2011 (up to 5.00 pm)

Note- Candidates are required to bring AIIMS copy of Challan Form to the Examination Hall on the day of examination and deposit the same with the invigilator at the time of attendance.

Please note that after the last date, application received by courier or by any other means will not be accepted, irrespective of the date of booking
