AIEESE Primary/Secondary 2023 – All India Engineering Entrance Scholarship Exam (AIEESE) Primary/Secondary Exam provides a platform of support to all IIT/NIT aspirants by granting them a scholarship on qualifying it to pursue engineering education.

Layout of Scholarship

For AIEESE Primary

  • Section A: 2000 students securing 85% or above marks in AIEESE (Primary) are eligible for scholarship (Tuition fee for full 4 years) for studying in any of Govt. the approved AIEESE (Primary) participating institutes.
  • Section B: 8000 students securing marks more than or equal to 75% and less than 85% in AIEESE (Primary) are eligible for scholarship(Tuition fee for 1 year) for studying in any 1000 Govt. approved AIEESE (Primary) participating institutes.
  • Section C: 15000 students securing marks less than 75% in AIEESE (Primary) are eligible for scholarship (Standard Laptop) for studying in any 1000 Govt. approved AIEESE (Primary) participating institutes.
  • Note: It is mentioned in the above table that each successful candidate is eligible for a scholarship of at least a standard laptop as stated in section “C”, which will be made available to all qualifying applicants of AIEESE (Primary) – 2023.

 

For AIEESE Secondary

  • Section A: 1000 students securing 90% or above marks in AIEESE (Secondary) are eligible for scholarship (Tuition fee for full 4 years) for studying in any of IIT/NIT/IIIT/GFTIs/Top Private Institutions.
  • Section B: 2000 students securing marks more than or equal to 80% and less than 90% in AIEESE (Secondary) are eligible for scholarship (Tuition fee for 1 year) for studying in any IIT/ NIT/ IIIT/ GFTIs/ Top Private Institutions.
  • Section C: 5000 students securing marks more than or equal to 70% and less than 80%  AIEESE (Secondary) are eligible for scholarship (Standard Laptop) for studying in any IIT/ NIT/ IIIT/ GFTIs/ Top Private Institutions.
  • Note: It is mentioned in the above table that each successful candidate is eligible for a scholarship of at least a standard laptop as stated in section “C”, which will be made available to all qualifying applicants of AIEESE (Secondary) – 2023.

Eligibility Criteria

For AIEESE Primary

  • Category 1: Students who have already qualified their Senior Secondary Board or 12th standard board examinations from a government recognised board, such as CBSE, ICSE, etc. are eligible to apply in this scholarship examination.
  • Category 2: Students who will be appearing in their Senior Secondary Board or 12th standard board examinations from a government recognised board are also eligible to apply in this scholarship examination.

 

For AIEESE Secondary

  • Category No. 1: Candidates who have passed their Senior Secondary Board or 12th standard or 10+2 from a government-recognized examination board, such as CBSE, ICSE, etc. and who have already got registered in the NIT institutions or cleared their JEE (Main) can apply for the AIEESE (Secondary) examination
  • Category No. 2: Candidates who will be appearing in their Senior Secondary Board or 12th standard or 10+2  from a government recognised examination board in the year 2023 and have ambition to apply for JEE (Main) can apply.

 

Age Limit

  • Candidates whose date of birth falls on or after 1st Oct. 1997 are eligible to apply for AIEESE (Primary/Secondary) – 2023.
  • However, in the case of Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Physically Handicapped (PH) candidates, upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years, i.e. SC, ST and PH candidates who are born on or after October 01, 1992 are also eligible.

 

Application Process

  • Applicants can apply Online for AIEESE (Primary/Secondary) 2023
  • Candidates visit : Primaryhttps://www.aieeseprimary.co.in/ for online registration.
  • Candidates visit : Secondary – https://www.aieesesecondary.co.in/ for online registration.
  • Step 1. Registration at AIEESE (Primary/Secondary) : Applicants are requested to register themselves at AIEESE (Primary/Secondary) with their active Email id and Mobile Number. Once registered, applicants need to confirm their mobile number through OTP.
  • Step 2: Complete the application form: Once applicants get registered at AIEESE (Primary/Secondary) can proceed with the registered mobile number and password to complete the application form.
  • Step 3. Photograph & Aadhaar card number: Applicants have to upload their scanned copy of a recent colour photograph in .jpg / .jpeg and .png format only and fill the Aadhaar Number.
  • Step 4. Application Fee Structure: The applicants must fill up their application forms, pay fees and submit them online. Applicants have to pay their examination fee as mentioned in the table below online through Debit card/Credit card/Net Banking or any other medium updated on the webpage.
  • Step 5. Submission of application form: Applicants have to submit their duly filled up application form online by clicking the submit button.
  • Correction in filled application form: You may edit all the incorrect details in the filled application form, from 1st & 4th April 2023 timings will be 10:00 AM – 11:59 PM.

 

Application Fee

  • Gen / OBC / EWS : 1450/- + GST
  • Female candidates of all categories : 1250/- + GST
  • SC / ST / PH : 1250/- + GST
  • Mode of Payment : Online through Debit card/Credit card/Net Banking

 

Exam Pattern

AIEESE (Primary) 

    • The entrance examination will be conducted online, offline or both, consisting of three sections namely Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Biology bearing equal weightage in terms of questions and marks.
    • There are four slots of AIEESE (Primary) examination that have 3 hours of time duration.
    • The pattern of the examination shall be objective type based and there would be multiple choice questions with four options, having a single correct answer (each correct answer carries four marks).
  • For Engineering / BCA aspirants (PCM subjects group)
      • Physics – 50 Question (200 Marks)
      • Chemistry – 50 Question (200 Marks) 
      • Mathematics – 50 Question (200 Marks)
  • For Bio-Engineering Aspirants (PCB subject group)
    • Physics – 50 Question (200 Marks)
    • Chemistry – 50 Question (200 Marks)
    • Biology- 50 Question (200 Marks)

 

AIEESE (Secondary) 

  • The pattern of the examination shall be objective type based and there would be multiple choice questions with four options, having a single correct answer (each correct answer carries four marks).
  • The candidate is supposed to mark the right answer on the OMR sheet.
  • For each incorrect response, one fourth (1/4) of the total marks allotted to the question would be deducted.
  • No deduction from the total score will be made, if no response is indicated for an item in the answer sheet.
