WISDOM Scholarship Exam

  • Appearing for this exam clears the basic concepts of mathematics, develop the ability to think faster and make quicker mental calculations. An Institute formed with a view to provide a platform to students from different areas of Maharashtra to display and promote their science talent
  • After over a decade of successfully conducting Mathematics Scholarship Examinations, WISDOM Educational Foundation will now be conducting scholarship exams to cover Science along with Mathematics

Scholarships, Medals & Prizes

  • Scholarships will be awarded to first 100 meritorious students of each standard. The scholarship amounts will be
  • 1st Rs.2000 6th Rs.700 11th to 25th Rs.200 each
  • 2nd Rs.1500 7th Rs.600 26th to 50th Rs.150 each
  • 3rd Rs.1200 8th Rs.500 51st to 75th Rs.125 each
  • 4th Rs.1000 9th Rs.400 76th to 100th Rs.100 each
  • 5th Rs.800 10th Rs.300

 

Eligibility

  • Students of 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th standards of recognised institute can appear for this scholarship examination

Nature of Exam

Mathematics

  • The question paper will be of 100 marks to be solved in 1 hour 30 minutes (90 minutes). All 50 questions will be of objective type carrying 2 marks each.
  • Each of these 50 questions will be supplied with 4 alternative answers. Answers are to be marked by darkening circles on the OMR sheet provided along with question paper.

Science

  • The question paper will be of 100 marks to be solved in 1 hour (60 minutes). It will contain objective type 100 questions carrying 1 mark each. Each of these 100 questions will be supplied with 4 alternate answers.

Medium of Exam

  • Examination conducted in English as well as in Marathi

 

Hall Ticket

  • Hall Ticket containing seat number and examination centre is to be downloaded from our website after 20th January 2019. No paper copy of the same will be sent to the students.

Syllabus

  • The syllabus will be of advanced level than the regular textbooks of respective standards
  • Books containing definitions and explanations of Maths & scientific concepts will be made available for each standard at schools participating in the scholarship exam

 

Result

  • Result date and Result of the scholarship examination will be declared on website. Passing certificate and merit certificate will be sent by 01st August 2019

 

Application Fees

  • Application Fees for General students for the year 2018-19 is Rs.275 and for private students is Rs.325/-

  • Payment for books and study material can be made by online net banking/ depositing in our bank in your city or by Demand draft drawn in favour of WISDOM BOOKS, payable at Pune

 

Note:

  • Payment for application form is to be drawn in favour of “WISDOM EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION”
  • Payment for BOOKS is to be drawn in favour of “WISDOM BOOKS”

 

Important Dates

Late Fees

  • Application Forms filled after the given date will carry a late fee of Rs.50/- till 30th November 2018 and Rs.100/- till 15th December 2018
  • Forms received after 15th December 2018 will not be eligible for exams

Exam Date

  • Maths Exam will be conducted on 10th February 2019
  • Science Exam will be conducted on 03rd February 2019
  • Duly filled application forms attached herewith are to be submitted along with the above-mentioned fees before 15th November 2018
