Tata Housing Scholarship for Meritorious Girl Students 2016-17
Tata Housing invites applications for the awards of Scholarships for Meritorious Girl Students for the academic year 2016-17 who are studying in 2nd year Civil/Arch./CPM courses to complete their higher studies in Civil Engineering, Architecture and Construction Project Management.

Eligibility Criteria
Girls applying for scholarship must be fulfilling all the conditions mentioned below:
Scholarships will be awarded based on merit and need. All other things being equal, preference will be given to students from scheduled caste (SC) and scheduled tribe (ST) communities
i) The students must be studying in an institute located in India and affiliated to any University recognized by law in India
ii) Students must be studying 2nd year of Civil Engineering/Architecture in any 4 years-degree course such as B.Tech/B.E/B.Arch with at least 50% marks in aggregate in the 1st year or studying 1st year of full-time 2 years MBA course in Construction Project Management (CPM) in any institute with at least 50% marks in the qualifying degree exam
iii) Annual family income of the parents/guardians must be less than Rs.3 Lakh (Rupees three lakh only) from all sources
Scholarship Amount
Reimbursement of expenses up to Rs.60 thousand annually will be done towards payment of admission fees, tuition fees, library fees, exam fees, purchase of books etc on submission of appropriate proofs
In case the student is in receipt of any other scholarships, the differential amount will only be reimbursed
The student will continue to get scholarship in the 3rd and 4th year of Engineering/Arch and 2nd year of MBA, on the condition that she secures at least 60% marks in aggregate in the preceding academic year
