University of Sussex, UK is offering Sussex Excellence Scholarships for students pursuing their studies in Undergraduate Programme for the session September 2017
The Sussex Excellence Scholarship is a merit-based award recognising, and rewarding, undergraduate students who achieved excellent academic performance before joining the University

Scholarship Details
The Sussex Excellence Scholarship is worth £3,000 in year one of a three or four year undergraduate degree:
£1,000 cash award and £2,000 rent reduction if the candidate is living in University-managed accommodation. Or
£1,000 cash award and £2,000 fee waiver if the candidate is not living in University-managed accommodation

Eligibility Criteria
Indian nationals must have completed standard XII (CBSE, ICSE and Metro boards) with 85% in aggregate or standard XII (West Bengal) with overall average of 80%
How to Apply
Applications will open on Wednesday 01st February 2017 and the deadline for applying is Monday 03rd April 2017. An online application will be available on this page during this period
Scholarship Payments
The rent reduction or tuition fee waiver will be applied at the start of Year one of a three or four year undergraduate degree; the cash award will be paid in two instalments of £500 in Year one, with the first instalment paid in November and the second in March
