Panasonic Ratti Chhatr Scholarship 2018 – Panasonic Scholarship Office will accept applications from the students getting admission into graduate studies of IITs in year 2018 under Rati Chhattr Panasonic Scholarship Program 2018 as per the terms and conditions stated below

Details of Panasonic Scholarship Program
- Panasonic Ratti Chhatr Scholarship Program was established in 1998 to commemorate the company’s 80th anniversary, as a way for the company to express its appreciation to the society
- Panasonic’s goal of the scholarship program is to provide financial assistance to low income youth to help them with a good education and to encourage the development of domestic talent and innovation
Eligibility Criteria
- A student from low income group whose family cannot fund for his/her studies and wishes to pursue a graduate (B.E/B.Tech) course from Indian Institutes of Technology in India, should meet the following requirements:
- Nationality: Applicants must be citizens of India
- New Admissions: Only candidates for the 18-22 batch are eligible to apply
- Family Income: Candidate should be from low income group or his/her family Income is not sufficient enough to fund his/her graduate (B.E/B.Tech) studies at IIT
- Educational Background: For IIT graduate (B.E/B. Tech) Course- Applicants must have cleared his Higher Secondary exam or are awaiting their final results and have a distinguished academic record and must have completed 14 years of school education or have been accepted as eligible for enrollment at the targeted Engineering Colleges
- Admission Letter: Only Candidates with admission letter and first semester fee receipt will be eligible for the scholarship
Benefits Provided
- Number of Students to be accepted Not more than 30 (Thirty) students for FY18-19 Program. Scholarship assistance of INR 42,500 per year per student for four years to cover their tuition fees
Application Process
- Interested candidates can apply for the scholarship via either of the two modes discussed below:
- Mode 1 – Online: Candidates can apply Online at the official website
- Mode 2 – Offline: Candidates can also download the Application Form
- Online Application: Candidates have two options to apply for Scholarship Program Application form, i.e. Online and Offline. Candidates who are applying Online can submit their filled in application form by clicking on the apply tab available in the website https://scholfin.com/

Important Dates
- Notification of Scholarship on the site: 01st June 2018
- Candidates admitted in IITs to Submit the Application: 01st June – 16th August 2018
- Notification to candidates for interview rounds: 18th – 19th August 2018
- Skype Interview with Panasonic: 22nd – 23rd August 2018
- Notification to final 30 students to attend the culmination event at New Delhi on 23th August 2018
- Scholarship culmination event at New Delhi: 30th August 2018
