KLE University announces Entrance Test for Admission to the Fellowship Programs (Head & Neck Surgical Oncology and Surgical Oncology) 2019

KLE University Fellowship Program Admission 2019 – The KLE Academy of Higher Education and Research (KAHER) Belagavi invites applications from eligible candidates for Entrance Test for admission to the following Fellowship Programs for the academic year 2019-20.

Eligibility Criteria for KLE University Fellowship Program Admission 2019 

Fellowship in Head & Neck Surgical Oncology

  • PG Degree General Surgery / DNB General Surgery /ENT/ MDS in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery from any Medical Colleges in India, recognised by MCI.
  • MBBS/Bachelor’s Degree recognised by MCI.
  • Candidates must be registered with the Medical council of India & Karnataka State Medical Council (India/State)

Fellowship in Surgical Oncology

  • PG Degree General Surgery / DNB General Surgery from any Medical Colleges in India, recognised by MCI.
  • MBBS/Bachelor’s Degree recognised by MCI.
  • Candidates must be registered with the Medical council of India & Karnataka State Medical Council (India/State)

Selection Process

  • There will be an entrance exam test conducted at KLE Academy of Higher Education and Research, Belagavi JNMC Campus located at Belagavi in Karnataka State
  • Candidates will be invited to attend an interview based on their performance in the entrance exam. After the interview, the final list of selected candidates will be prepared.

Annual Tuition Fees

  • Fellowship Program in Head and Neck Surgical Oncology – Rs. 1,00,000/-
  • Fellowship Program in Surgical Oncology – Rs. 75,000/-

 

KLE University Fellowship Program Admission 2019 Application Process

  • The interested candidates who wish to apply for the aforesaid Fellowship Programs may submit their applications On-line by visiting the KAHER website www.kledeemeduniversity.edu.in within the stipulated time.

Application Fees

  • There is a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 1000/-
  • The application fees can be paid online.
  • Note: The application fee is non-refundable, even if the application is rejected because of incomplete application or ineligibility of the candidate or if the candidate is not allotted seat or candidate fail to take admission to allotted seat for particular course in any circumstances.
  • If order id is generated ensure from your bank account whether amount is deducted or not. If not deducted you can fill one more application form again. If amount is deducted please mail us your order id and your transaction details and contact details to following e-mail id ([email protected]) so as to ensure or rectify the error or clarification of payment transaction.

  • Start Date of availability of Online Application Forms on the University Website: 05th October 2019
  • Last date for Online submission: 28th November 2019 by 12:00 Noon
  • Last date for receipt of printed online application form along-with relevant documents to the university office: 21st November 2019 by 12:00 Noon
  • Date of availability of TAT card/Hall Ticket to be downloaded from the University Website: 25th November 2019 after 4:00 PM
  • Date of Entrance Exam (MCQs Test): 30th November 2019, Time 9.00am to11.00am
  • Declaration of results of Entrance Exam: 30th November 2019, 1.00pm
  • Interview for Qualified candidate: 30th November 2019, 2.00pm Onwards
  • Declaration of Selected candidate: 02nd December 2019, 7.00pm
