ICICI Fellowship 2012 Programme
In each and every sector, India needs talented young leaders who have had deep exposure to India’s broader realities, who understand the challenges and opportunities presented in diverse environments, and who have the skills and determination to discover and implement innovative ideas.
ICICI Fellows is a pioneering leadership programme that nurtures young talent to create socially responsible leaders for India. This transformative programme focuses on experiential learning. Fellows designate spend 15 months working on grassroots development projects with NGOs, interspersed with modules on management training and leadership development. The entire experience provides Fellows designate with knowledge, insight and commitment to inclusive growth. Upon completion the Fellows are equipped to take leadership positions across all sectors – private, government and civil society – to help India take the bigger step.

Talented dynamic young individual who are passionate and committed to India’s social development. Graduate (from any discipline) up to 28 years of age or will graduate on or before 1st July 2012 are eligible.
How to apply:

All applicants for the programme will undergo a stringent process.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to take a psychometric analysis. Psychometric assessment attempts to objectively measure your personality, attitude, and sensitivity. This test will be conducted online in select few cities.
Once shortlisted, candidates will be invited to attend an assessment day. This will be a day of activities, during which the candidates will be assessed on their commitment to the programme, leadership skills and their ability to work in a team to solve practical problems..
Commencement of the programme: successful candidates at the end of the selection process will be ready to begin the 15-month journey as an ICICI Fellow designate (IFD).
The applications for the batch of 2012 are open till 29th February 2012.
This is followed by Psychometric analysis & assessment days in the month of March to May 2012.
The results will be declared in June 2012
Programme commences in August 2012.
