UPSC Civil Services 2021 Final Result announced
The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has announced the Final results for the UPSC Civil Services Examination 2021 on its official website. Candidates can check their results at the official website: upsc.gov.in.
UPSC CSE final result is based on the UPSC Prelims, Mains and Interview round. A total of 685 candidates have been recommended for appointment based on their performance in mains and personality tests. Apart from the recommended, a list of 80 candidates have been provisionally recommended, roll number of whom is also provided in the result pdf.
Out of total 749 Vacancies reported, 180 would be placed in IAS cadre, 37 in IFS, 200 in IPS, 242 in Central Services Group A and 90 in Group B Services.
As per the result, all the top three positions have been secured by girl candidates this year. Shruti Sharma has secured all India Rank 1, Ankita Agarwal secured the 2nd and Gamini Singla secured the 3rd rank.
The UPSC Civil Service preliminary exam was held on October 10, 2021, and the main examination was conducted from January 7 to 16, 2022, The Interview round began from April 5 and concluded on May 26.

UP Polytechnic 2022 exams postponed, revised date soon
The Joint Entrance Examination Council of Uttar Pradesh (JEECUP) has postponed UP Polytechnic 2022. The UP Polytechnic exam which was scheduled to be held from June 6 to 9, 2022 for some groups and for the rest, it was to be held on June 10, 2022 is now postponed till further notice.
The official notification reads, “ONLINE CBT BASED EXAMINATIONS OF JEECUP(POLYTECHNIC)-2022 HAS BEEN POSTPONED. NEW DATE WILL BE ANNOUNCED SHORTLY.”
UP Polytechnic exam is conducted for admission to Diploma, Post Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma in Engineering, Technology and Management Programs offered in Polytechnic Institutions to the Board of Technical Education and others

IGNOU December 2021 Term End Exam Result announced
Indira Gandhi National Open University has announced the result of December 2021 Term End Exam (TEE) on their official website: http://www.ignou.ac.in/. Candidates who appeared for the examination can visit the official website to download their scorecards or mark sheets.
The December 2021Term End Exams for various courses offered by the university was conducted from March 4 and was concluded on April 11, 2022
Steps to download IGNOU December TEE Results 2021
- Visit the official website: ignou.ac.in.
- On the homepage, click on the results tab.
- Now, click on ‘Term-End’.
- On the next page, select ‘December 2021 Exam Result (New)’.
- Login with your enrolment number and download the IGNOU result.
- Take a printout of your result for future reference.
A message on the IGNOU result page reads – “Remaining results of Term-End, Assignment, Practical and Project awards is a continuous process and will be updated soon. In case any student is found to be booked under unfair means, the result of the particular student will be Cancelled,”
Panjab University released revised Entrance Exam Dates
Panjab University has released the revised schedule for various entrance exam. The varsity conducted the entrance exam for admission to various Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses for academic session 2022-23.
As per the revised schedule released on the official website, Panjab University Tourism and Hospitality Aptitude Test (PUTHAT) will be held on June 29. PU-CET (UG), which was earlier scheduled to be held on June 26, will be held on July 3. The entrance exam for BA/BCom-LLB (Honours) five-year integrated course is now scheduled to be held on July 17 and PU-LLB (3 year) will be held on July 24.
Entrance Exam for PU-CET (PG) will be held on July 30 and 31. The entrance test for admission to MBA (executive) for University School of Open Learning (USOL) will be held on August 7, followed by Panjab University Migration Engineering Entrance Test (PUMEET) and Panjab University Lateral Engineering Entrance Test (PULEET) on August 14. The MPhil and PhD entrance exam will now be held on September 18, 2022.
