Application Process for SSC CHSl 2019 to end on January 10

SSC CHSL 2019 Application Process ends on January 10 – The application process for Staff Selection Commission – Combined Higher Secondary (SSC CHSL)  10 + 2 Level examination 2019 started on December 3, 2019. Those students who wish to apply for SSC CHSL (10 + 2) Level examination can do so through the official website till January 10, 2019. SSC has also released the notification advising the candidates that they should not wait till the last date in order to apply for the exam since the servers would be facing heavy traffic during that period.

The minimum age limit in order to apply for SSC CHSL 2019 is 18 years and maximum age limit is 27 years. There is further age relaxation for different categories. The registration is free for Female, SC and ST, Ex- Servicemen and PwD candidates. The male candidates will have to pay Rs 100  for online application. 

 

Steps to Apply for SSC CHSL 2019 Exam

  • Step 1: Visit the official website.
  • Step 2: On the homepage, register using email id
  • Step 3: Click on ‘apply’ in the main tab
  • Step 4: You will be redirected to a new page
  • Step 5: Click on CHSL and click on ‘apply’
  • Step 6: Fill form, upload documents
  • Step 7: Make payment

The examination will consist of a Computer based Written Examination (Tier-I), Descriptive Paper (Tier-II) and Typing Test/Skill Test (Tier-III) Examination for the post of Data Entry Operator, Postal Assistant & Sorting Assistant (PA/SA), Lower Division Clerk and Court Clerk

The admit cards for the Tier 1 exam will be available for download on 1st week of March 2020. The exam will be conducted at various centres in different cities across the country from March 16 to 27, 2020. The date of Tier 2 Descriptive paper is June 28, 2020. 

The CHSL exam is being organised for various posts such as Sorting Assistant, Postal Assistant, Data Entry Operator, Junior Secretariat Assistant,  Lower Divisional Clerks, etc. in various Ministries and other Government Departments as well as offices.
