As per the directives from Human Resource Development (HRD) Ministry, National Testing Agency (NTA) has extended the last date for Registration for UGC NET, CSIR-NET 2020, IGNOU OPNEMAT XLVII and other exam by 1 month due to Covid-19 lockdown. All those candidates who wish to apply for these exams can do so through their respective website.
 
Union HRD Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’ tweeted  – “To enable students to fill up their application forms during these testing times, I have advised @DG_NTA to postpone the last date of acceptance of applications of ICAR Exam, JNU Entrance Exam, UGC NET, CSIR NET, NCHM JEE, IGNOU PhD and Management Entrance Exams by 1 month,”
 
The detailed schedules regarding revised dates of downloading admit cards and dates of examination are yet to be announced by the agency.  As per the notification, revised schedule will be announced only after the assessment of the situation after April 15, 2020.
