EXIM Bank Recruitment 2023 – Export-Import Bank of India (EXIM Bank), a recognized bank engaged in financing, facilitating and promoting India’s international trade, invites applications from eligible candidates (Indian citizens only) for the direct recruitment in the post of Management Trainee (MT) Interested persons are required to submit the application in the online mode from 21st October to 10th November 2023 through the link eximbankindia.in. Eligibility Criteria
- All the eligibility [age, educational qualification etc.] shall be computed as mentioned in subsequent paragraphs.
Educational Qualification
- Management Trainee (Banking Operations) – Minimum 60% aggregate marks / equivalent Cumulative Grade Points Average (CGPA), in Graduation; Post-Graduation (MBA / PGDBA or equivalent) with specialization in Finance or Chartered Accountant (CA); Post-Graduation course should be of a minimum 2-year full time duration, with a specialization in Finance with minimum 60% aggregate marks / equivalent CGPA. In case of CA, passing the professional examination is sufficient
- Candidates who have appeared / appearing for the final examination in Post-Graduation or Chartered Accountancy and are expecting their results in the year 2024 are eligible to apply.
- Manager (Digital Technology): Minimum 60% or equivalent grade in B.E/B. Tech Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electronics & Communication. OR MCA with minimum 60% aggregate marks / equivalent CGPA in Graduation & MCA.
Age Limit
- Not below 21 years and not above 28 years as on October 01, 2023. Relaxation in upper age limit shall be as below
- Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe (SC/ST) – 33 Years
- Other Backward Classes (Non-Creamy Layer) – 31 Years
- Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) – PwBD (SC/ ST) – 43 Years
- PwBD (OBC-NCL) – 41 Years
- PwBD (UR/ EWS) – 38 Years

- Candidates to visit https://ibpsonline.ibps.in/iebmtoct23/ and click on the option “APPLY ONLINE” which will open a new screen.
- Application Form will be available on the Bank’s website under ‘Careers’ section on November 10, 2023. Application in any other format will not be considered and will be rejected by the Bank, irrespective of fulfilling the eligibility criteria
- Only Online Applications will be considered by the Bank. Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification

Selection Process
