CEE Kerala postponed Kerala Engineering Architecture Medical (KEAM) 2021 exam due to clash with JEE Main
Kerala Commission for Entrance Examinations (CEE) has postponed the Kerala Engineering Architecture Medical (KEAM) 2021 till further notice. The exam has been postponed as its date clashes with the recently announced dates for the third session of Joint Entrance Examinations (JEE) Main 2021. KEAM 2021 was scheduled to be held on July 24, and the third session of the engineering entrance exam also falls on the same date. The third session of JEE Main 2021 is scheduled to be held from July 20 to 25, 2021.
As of now, the new dates for KEAM 2021 haven’t been announced.
The official notice reads, “As the Joint Entrance Examinations (JEE) are scheduled to be conducted during the last week of July 2021, the Entrance Examination for admission to Engineering and Pharmacy courses scheduled to be conducted on July 24 is postponed. The revised date will be announced later.”
The KEAM exam is conducted every year for admission to BTech, BArch, Pharmacy, and Medical related courses in the higher educational institutes across Kerala. Candidates who clear the exam will then appear for the counselling sessions to finalise their admissions.
