The National Testing Agency (NTA) has begun the Application process for UGC NET 2020 and CSIR UGC-NET 2020 June Examination from March 16, 2020. Information bulletin for both examination are released on the official website: ugcnet.nta.nic.in (UGC NET 2020) and csirnet.nta.nic.in (CSIR NET 2020)
The registration process will conclude on April 16, 2020 (11:50 pm), and the transaction of Application fee can be done till April 17, 2020
The CSIR NET is scheduled to take place on June 21, 2000 and UGC NET will take place from June 15 to 20, 2020. Candidates will be able to download the admit card from May 15, 2020
The examination will be conducted in two shifts, with the first session scheduled to begin from 9:30 am and will last till 12:30 pm, while the second paper will start from 2:30 pm and will go on 5:30 pm.
How to Apply for UGC NET and CSIR UGC NET 2020
- Go to the official website ugcnet.nta.nic.in/ csirnet.nta.nic.in
- Click on the tab which reads ‘Fill application form Joint CSIR-UGC NET 2020 /UGC NET 2020’
- a new page will open
- Fill in the required information and register for the examination.
UGC NET Examination is conducted for the posts of Junior Research Fellowship or eligibility for Assistant Professor or both at Indian University whereas Joint CSIR-UGC NET Examination is conducted for determining the eligibility of Junior Research Fellowships (JRF) and Lectureship (LS)/Assistant Professorship in certain subject areas falling under the faculty of Science & Technology
