Revised scheduled for UGC NET December 2020 and June 2021 cycles released

The National Testing Agency has released the revised schedule for University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (UGC NET) 2021 December 2020 and June 2021 cycles exam on its official site.  As per the notification on the official website, the exam would now begin from November 20, 2021. The examination got postponed many times due to different reasons. 

According to the new schedule, the examination will be conducted two blocks – November 20 to 30, 2021 and December 1 to 5, 2021. The admit card for the same will be released soon. 

The UGC NET exam is conducted for the posts of Junior Research Fellowship or eligibility for Assistant Professor or both at Indian University.

The examination will be conducted in two shifts. First Shift: 09.00 am to 12.00 pm: Second Shift: 03.00 pm to 06.00 pm.  The test will consist of objective-type questions. There are two papers for each subject. Paper 1 consists of 50 MCQs and paper 2 consists of 100 MCQs. The duration of the exam is 3 hrs. There will be no break between papers.
