NEET PG Cut Off reduced for 2019-20 by 6 percentile

NEET PG cutoff: The Health Ministry, in consultation with the Board of Governors in the Medical Council of India (MCI), has decided to reduce the qualifying marks for NEET-PG for 2019-20 by six percentile.

 

Now, the qualifying marks for general category will be 44 percentile. For PwD (Persons with disability) category, it will be 39 percentile and for OBC, SC and ST category candidates, the same will be 34 percentile.

 

A statement from Health ministry read, “The Health ministry in consultation with the board of Medical Council of India (MCI) has decided to reduce the qualifying mark for NEET PG 2019-20 by six percentile”.

 

The central government has requested all the states and union territories (UT) to make the necessary provisions for allowing candidates in the further counseling rounds as per the revised cut-off marks.
