NTA extends NEET 2021 Phase 2 Registration deadline

The National Testing Agency has extended the NEET 2021 Phase 2 Registration deadline. As per the notice, candidates can now edit the application forms of NEET 2021 on neet.nta.nic.in. till October 13, 2021. The agency is likely to announce the provisional answer key, candidate’s response sheet and question paper after October 13, 2021.

Candidates can edit few fields in the application form: gender, nationality, email address, sub-category, fields of the second phase. This year, the NEET 2021 registration was held in two phases. In the first phase, candidates had to fill few fields which were relevant for the exam. The second phase of registration opened after the exam was held.

In an official notification, the NTA has said that this will be the last and final opportunity for the candidates to correct/modify the particulars of the first and second phase of online application form for NEET 2021.

NTA also said that, “The candidates are strongly advised to check, cross-check, and verify their registered e-mail address and ensure that it is their own e-mail address only as NTA will be sending the scanned copy of the OMR answer sheet and scorecard to the registered email address.”

The exam was held offline on September 12, 2021, in various exam centres across the country. In case of any discrepancies in filling the application form, candidates must reach out to the NTA help desk at 01140759000 or email at neet@nta.ac.in.
