Navodaya Vidyalaya Provisional List of Select Candidates for class 9 released
Navodaya Vidyalaya released the provisional list of selected candidates for class 9 – The provisional list of selected candidates among the students who appeared for the admission to class 9 through the lateral entry test has been released by the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV). The students can check their name through the official website – nvshq.org.
The JNVST examination was conducted on February 2, 2019 and the result for the same was released on March 28.
How to check your name on the Provisional list of Selected Candidates
- Step 1:- log in to the official website of the JNV
- Step 2:- Then, click on the class 9 provisional select list
- Step 3:- Enter your roll number/ registration number/ date of birth in the new window
- Step 4:- A list of the candidates with their names will appear
You can find your name in the list by using the search function.
It is informed that admission will be given to the selected students after the due verification of the documents. Students should not take TC from their previous school until the admission is confirmed by the JNV. Admission to JNVs will be free of cost; and therefore, no fee will be paid for the class 9 admission to the school authority.
More than twenty lakh students appeared for the JNVST (Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test) last year. Currently, there are around 626 JNV schools in India.
