Exam date for Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) 2021 announced

Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has released the exam date for Karnataka Common Entrance Test (CET) 2021. As per the notification, Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) will be conducted on July 7 and 8, 2021. On July 7, the CET will be held for Biology and Mathematics, for Physics and Chemistry on July 8, 2021 and on 9th July, the KEA will hold Kannada language test for Horanadu (other states) and Gadinadu (border regions of the state) Kannadiga candidates.

The Karnataka Common Entrance Test is being held to screen candidates for admission to professional courses like Engineering, Technology, Architecture, Bachelor of Yoga and Naturopathy (BNYS), Farm Science courses in Government /University / Private Aided / Private Un-Aided Professional Educational Institutions in the State of Karnataka for the academic year 2020-21

Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) will be held in offline, pen-paper mode. The question paper will have 60 multiple-choice questions for each section: Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics and Kannada language (in case). The time duration for each section is 70 minutes, except for Kannada language which will have the duration of 50 minutes.
