Registration deadline for IIT Joint Admission Test for Masters (IIT JAM) 2022 extended
Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee (IIT Roorkee) the organising institute for JAM 2022 has extended the deadline to submit online applications for Joint Admission Test for Masters (IIT JAM 2022). As per the notification, the last date to apply for the IIT JAM 2022 examination has been extended till October 14, 2022. All the candidates who have not yet filled out the application form can do so on the official website: jam.iitr.ac.in till October 14.
Steps to Apply online for IIT JAM 2022
- Log on to the official website: jam.iitr.ac.in
- click on, “JAM 2022: Apply Online” Link
- Fill in the application form by entering all the credentials
- Pay the application fees and upload all the documents
- Click on submit
The IIT JAM 2022 is scheduled to be conducted only as a Computer Based Test (CBT) on February 13, 2022. The admit card for the same will be released on January 4, 2022.
JAM 2022 will be of entirely objective type, with three different patterns of questions, namely (i) Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ), (ii) Multiple Select Questions (MSQ), and (iii) Numerical Answer Type (NAT) questions.
JAM is a qualifying examination for admission to M.Sc., Joint M.Sc.-PhD, M.Sc. PhD Dual Program, Integrated PhD, M.Sc.-M.Tech, M.Sc.-M.S. Research, and other Postgraduate Programs at IITs.
