GUJCET Exam 2019 reschedule again due to general elections 2019
GUJCET 2019 exam date rescheduled due to general elections 2019 – The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board have once again revised the dates of Common Entrance Test due to the General Elections 2019.
Earlier the exam date was changed from 28th March to 23rd April 2019 but as the date of exam and the date of Lok sabha election coincided. Therefore, once again the exam has been rescheduled.
As per the statement of Education Minister Bhupendrasinh Chudasama the new date for the exam will be announced soon.
Earlier the exam date was changed on the pretext of C.B.S.E exam dates coinciding with GUJCET exam. Therefore the date which was rescheduled on April 4 was changed once again to April 23 after consulting with the C.B.S.E chairman. . Now it is being rescheduled because of the clash of dates between CET and Lok Sabha Election.
GUJCET is conducted as an entrance exam to take admission to engineering and degree/diploma pharmacy courses in government, government-aided and self-finance institutes of the Gujarat state.
