DU Entrance Exam 2019
Delhi University Entrance Exam may be conducted by NTA – As per TOI report, Delhi University has requested National Testing Agency (NTA) to conduct exam for its entrance-based undergraduate, masters, M.Phil and PhD programs for the 2019-20 academic season.
As per the reports the NTA has asked DU to send its terms and conditions for the tests and other details. DU will be the second central university to go for NTA’s computer-based admission tests after JNU
DU conducts Delhi University Entrance Test (DUET) for offering admission into few of its UG and PG courses.

According to the reports, it was recommended in the DU standing committee meeting on May 2, that a “premier, specialist, autonomous and self-sustained testing organization like NTA, which has been established to conduct entrance exams for admissions/fellowship in higher educational institutions, should be approached to conduct the DU entrance test for admissions 2019-20”. The proposal has been sent to the admission committee, a higher and larger body, and its chair for approval.

Member of the standing committee on admissions Rasal Singh said, “NTA is the most dependable and efficient government agency for conducting such exams. It will enhance the credibility and efficiency of DU entrance exams.”
