NTA postpones Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) 2021 and extends registration process till February 25 

 The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the notification to inform about the postponement of the Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) 2021. As per the notification, the exam will be held in the last week of March 2021, or in early April, 2021. Earlier, the exam was scheduled to be conducted on February 22 and 27, 2021

NTA has postponed CMAT 2021 Exam after a proposal from the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) to introduce an additional section on Innovation & Entrepreneurship in the exam. The exam will now have an additional, optional, section for candidates interested in innovation and entrepreneurship. It will have 25 questions and an additional time of 30 minutes will be added to the exam.

With the postponement, NTA has also reopened the registration window for the same. Candidates who are interested and yet to apply for CMAT 2021 till February 25, by visiting the official website cmat.nta.nic.in. Last date of successful final transaction of fee is February 26, 2021 (up to 11:50 pm)

Candidates who had applied for the exam earlier can opt for this new course by editing their application forms during the correction window, which will be made available after the closure of fresh registrations.
