AIIMS Notice for Foreign and Sponsored Candidates – As the application process is being carried out for AIIMS PG 2019 entrance exam for July session, it has been informed by All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi through a notice that due to some technical error the data for some fields couldn’t be captured during registration of Foreign/Sponsored candidates.
According to the notification issued, due to some technical reasons, the data in the field of subject choice and institute name couldn’t be stored from 22nd March 2019 to 25th March 2019 up to 01:00 pm under the heading Foreign/Sponsored candidates. Therefore, Foreign and Sponsored candidates are required to note the following things for the registration of AIIMS PG 2019 registration for July session:-

For Foreign Candidates
All the foreign candidates who have completed their registration during the above mentioned period are advised to log in again with proper credentials and complete the field “Applied Under” by mentioning their subject choice for AIIMS, New Delhi under the foreign national category. Also, it may be noted that this can be done from 04-04-2019 to 09-04-2019 up to 05:00 pm.
Moreover, AIIMS has sent all the 93 candidates (who are required to do the above changes) a notification through Email and SMS regarding non-capturing of data and filling the same again.
For Sponsored Candidates
All the sponsored candidates are recommended to submit their sponsorship certificate on or before 20-04-2019 up to 05:00 pm. to the controller of examination (CoE), Examination section, Convergence Block, AIIMS, New Delhi. They need to provide the original duly signed and stamped copy of the said certificate in the latest format provided by AIIMS. The subject choice mentioned on sponsorship certificate will be treated as the final choice, as the same has been indicated in the prospectus released earlier this month. If the sponsorship certificate doesn’t reach the destination within the mentioned time then the application of candidate will be rejected without any second thought.
So, make sure to complete all the formalities within the stipulated time so that your candidature doesn’t get cancelled.
