Exam Date for All India Bar Examination (AIBE) XVI 2021 postponed

The Bar Council of India (BCI) has released the notification to inform about the postponement of All India Bar Examination (AIBE) XVI 2021 exam. As per the notification released, the AIBE XVI examination date will be notified on the official website soon. The council has also extended the deadline for registration. Candidates can now apply for AIBE XVI 2021 till April 30, 2021. Earlier, the registration window was to be closed on March 31, 2021.

The statement flashing on the official website reads, “The date for registration for AIBE 16 will be extended till 30th April 2021, the rescheduled date for the AIBE 16 will be intimated soon.”

The All India Bar Examination (AIBE) is to examine an advocate’s capability to practice the profession of law in India. After passing the examination candidate will be awarded “Certificate of Practice” by the Bar Council of India

Recently, the Council has announced that the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) is no longer an open book exam.  No books, notes or study material will be allowed in the examination hall during AIBE XVI exam. Candidates can only carry Bare Acts without notes.is
