IAF AFCAT 1 2022 Application Process Begins, Apply now
AFCAT 2022 – Indian Air Force has begun the application process for Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT) 1/2022 at the official website – afcat.cdac.in for the courses commencing in January 2023 for grant of Short Service Commission in Flying Branch and Permanent/ Short Service Commission in Technical and Ground Duty Branches. Online applications are also invited for grant of PC/SSC for NCC Special Entry Scheme (For flying branch).
As per the notification the application process for AFCAT 1/2022 will conclude on December 30, 2021. Interested candidates can visit the official website to apply for AFCAT 2022. Candidates will have to pay an application fee of Rs 250. Candidates registering for NCC Special entry are not required to pay the fee
AFCAT 1/2022 examination will be conducted on February 12, 13 and 14, 2022.
Through this recruitment drive IAF aims to fill 317 commissioned officers. Candidates selected for Flying and Ground duty (Technical) branches will have to undergo74 weeks training and Ground duty (Non-Technical) Branches will go for 52 weeks training at Air Force Academy Dundigal (Hyderabad).
