Eligibility Criteria for Western Railway Recruitment 2020
Educational Qualification
All regular Group D Employees of Personnel and Administration Deptt. Only (screened) in category of Hamal/Safaiwala under Janitor/BCT, Peon, Bungalow Peon, J/Peon, Daftary, Record Sorter. Ferro Printer, Gestenor Operator and Canteen Staff of DRM Office/BCT and Group D Rly. School staff in 1800 (GP)/Level-1 including regular N.M. Clerk in 1800 (GP)/Level-1.

How to Apply for Western Railway Recruitment 2020 –  Application Process
  • Interested and eligible who wish to apply for Jr. Clerk-cum-Typist posts in Western Railway are required to apply through online mode by filling an online application on Western Railway official website at wr.indianrailways.gov.in on or before 10th June 2020.
  • The eligibility list of employees will be notified subject to verification of continuous service, education qualification and caste certificate from the service sheet
  • It is requested that the employee’s working report should be kept ready.

Selection Process
  • The willing staff who satisfy the prescribed conditions of eligibility will be subjected to a written exam.
  • The written test will consist of one paper divided into two parts- Part-A and Part- B, Part A will consist of questions on working knowledge of employees of the English language and Part B will consist of questions on General standard of intelligence, Arithmetic. General Knowledge mainly pertaining to Railway matter.
  • Candidates selected to Jr. Clerks-Cum-Typists post through Western Railway Recruitment 2020 will be paid emolument as per the RRC Western Railway norms.
