  • Step 2: On the Home Page, Candidates can click on RECRUITMENT.
  • Step 3: Career Overview Page, ‘Click to View the Current Recruitment’ to open the link “Specialist Officers Recruitment 2021-22” and then click on the option “CLICK HERE TO APPLY ONLINE” to open the On-Line Application Form.
  • Step 4: To register an application, choose the tab &quota; Click here for New Registration & quota; and enter Name, Contact details and Email-id.
  • Step 5: An Email & SMS indicating the Provisional Registration number and Password will also be sent.

Selection Process

  • The selection will be based on shortlisting and interview. Merely fulfilling minimum qualification and experience will not vest any right in a candidate for being called for an interview.
  • The Short listing Committee constituted by the Bank will decide the short listing parameters and thereafter, an adequate number of candidates, as decided by the Bank will be shortlisted and called for interview.
  • The decision of the bank to call the candidates for the interview shall be final. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.

 

Salary Package

  • Remuneration will be offered based on candidate’s qualifications; experience and overall suitability for the respective posts based on the negotiations and shall not be a limiting factor for suitable candidate
  • The compensation will be on a CTC basis.
