Eligibility Criteria for SSC Constable Recruitment 2020 |

In order to apply for the Delhi Police Constable Vacancy 2020, the candidates have to fulfill the eligibility criteria as mentioned below. | ||||||
Essential Qualification | ||||||
Nationality/ Citizenship | Candidates must be the citizen of India | |||||
Candidates who have passed Class 12th from a recognized Board will be able to apply for the aforesaid posts. | ||||||
Relaxable up to 11th pass only for | ||||||
i) | Bandsmen, buglers, mounted constables, drivers, dispatch riders, etc. of Delhi Police only. | |||||
ii) | Sons of serving, deceased, retired police personnel including MultiTasking Staff of Delhi Police | |||||
Essential Requirement | ||||||
Candidates must possess a valid driving license for LMV(Motorcycle or Car) for the post of Const. (Exe.) Male in Delhi Police as on the date of PE&MT. Learner License is not acceptable. | ||||||

How to Apply for SSC Constable Recruitment 2020 – Application Process |

· Applications must be submitted in online mode only through the official website of SSC Headquarters i.e. https://ssc.nic.in. | ||||||
· For detailed instructions, please refer to Annexure-I and Annexure-II of this Notice. Sample Proforma of One-time Registration and Online Applications are attached as Annexure-IA and Annexure-IIA. | ||||||
· The Commission will not be responsible for the candidates not being able to submit their applications within the last date on account of the aforesaid reasons or for any other reason beyond the control of the Commission. | ||||||

1. Women and SC, ST and Ex-servicemen (ESM) can apply for free. Candidates can pay the application fee through BHIM UPI, Net Banking, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, RuPay Credit, or Debit cards or in cash at SBI Branches by generating SBI Challan. | ||||||
Selection Procedure |

· The selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of Computer Based Examination, Physical Endurance and Measurement Test (PE&MT) followed by the Medical Exam of the recommended candidates. | ||||||
Computer-Based Entrance Exam |
||||||
The Computer based Exam will consist of one objective type multiple choice paper containing 100 questions carrying 100 marks. There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer. | ||||||
