Eligibility Criteria for MSU Baroda Assistant Engineer and Estate Manager Recruitment 2020

Temporary Assistant Engineer Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University with a minimum 50%. Minimum 5 years of experience after Graduation in the field of Electrical Engineering or
Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized Institution with minimum 50%. Minimum 7 years of experience after diploma in the field of Electrical engineering.
Thorough knowledge of electrification in institutional building electrifications, HT, LT connection, knowledge of electrical R & B SOR, preparation of plans and estimates of works, taking measurements, water pumps, starters, A.C plants, liaison with MGVCL, etc are essential.
Recording of M.B & Knowledge of detailed specifications of item of works, is essential. Experience of working with Government/Semi Government/Government Aided Organisation will be preferred
Basic Knowledge of computer (MS office, word, Excel, Power Point.
Knowledge of English, Gujarati and Hindi languages.
Electrical Supervisor License is compulsory.
Temporary Assistant Engineer (Civil) Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university with a minimum 50%. Minimum 5 years of experience after graduation in special repairs, ordinary repairs & construction of building works.
Thorough knowledge of estimation & costing, Rate analysis, Study of Architectural and structural drawing, Supervision of works, Recording of M.B, Detailed specifications of item of works etc is essential.
Experience of working with Government/Semi Government/Government aided organisation will be preferred.
Basic knowledge of computer (MS office, Word, Excel, Power Point)
Knowledge of English, Gujarati and Hindi languages
Estate Manager Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering from a recognized University with minimum 4 years experience in maintaining land records and liasoning with revenue department that is City survey/Collector office/Municipal corporation etc. and taking necessary approvals whenever required.
Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized university with minimum 6 years experience in maintaining land records and liasoning with revenue department that is City survey/Collector office/Municipal corporation etc. and taking necessary approvals whenever required
Well versed in dealing with all Land related documents like property card, 7/12 extract, NA, Gut Nakasha, Survey plan, search report, property tax, conveyance etc.
Experience dealing with the government survey department for accurate survey of the land regularizing any mistakes in survey area to match sale deed area with physical boundary area with survey area.
Monitoring and keeping update of all land related schemes, zone conversions, jurisdiction change, compliance, FSI change etc.
Dealing with all local authorities for applications, zonal records etc.
Keeping update of all land parcels from security point of view like encroachment, trees, compound wall etc
Generating monthly reports on all land parcels highlighting any changes in Schemes, Security threats, compliance milestone achievements, future planning etc.
Basic knowledge of computer (MS office, Word, Excel, Power Point)
Knowledge of English, Gujarati and Hindi languages
