Eligibility Criteria for IAF Airmen Recruitment 01/2021 in Group ‘Y’

For Group “Y” (Non-Technical) {Auto Tech & IAF(P) Trades)
Any of the following options may be satisfiedPassed Intermediate/10+2 / Class XII or Equivalent Exam in any stream/subjects approved by Central / State Education Boards with minimum 50% marks in aggregate as well as in English in Class XII or equivalent exam.
Passed two years vocational course from Education Boards listed as COBSE member with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in vocational course or in Intermediate/Matriculation, if English is not a subject in Vocational Course.
Note-1Education Boards listed in Council of Boards for School Education (COBSE) website as members shall only be permitted.
Note-2Exact aggregate % of marks before decimal as written in the marks sheet of 10+2/Intermediate/Equivalent OR calculated as per the rules of concerned Education Board shall only be considered (For example 49.99% should be taken as 49% and not to be rounded off to 50%)

 
 
Age Limit

a.Candidate should be born between 17 January 2000 and 30 December 2003 (both days inclusive)
b.In case, a candidate clears all the stages of the selection procedure, then the upper age limit as on the date of enrollment is 21 years

a) General Medical Standards shall be as follows

HearingShould have normal hearing i.e. able to hear a forced whisper from a distance of 6 meters with each ear separately

a.Rs.14,600/- per month Stipend (During Training Period)
