Eligibility Criteria for HPSCB Jr Clerk and Steno Typist Recruitment 2021
- Junior Clerk: Candidates who have passed 10+2 with 50% marks or Graduate or above of a recognized University & should have passed Matriculation and 10+2 from any School/Institution situated within Himachal Pradesh.
- Steno/Steno-Typists: Candidates who have passed 10+2 with 50% marks or equivalent of a recognized University/Board or a Graduate or above & should have passed Matriculation and 10+2 from any School/Institution situated within Himachal Pradesh.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age Limit: 18 Years
- Maximum Age Limit: 45 Years
- Age Relaxation: SC/ST/OBC/ PH/ Ex-servicemen candidates as per rules

Selection Process
- Through the Phase-I ( Preliminary examination)
- Phase-II ( Mains examination)

- The overall minimum qualifying marks in the online examination shall be 45% of total marks prescribed for written test, meaning thereby that merit of written exam/test shall not slide down below 45% marks in any case

- Junior Clerk – 10300-34800, Total Emoluments: Rs. 35863 + admissible allowances Per Month
- Steno/Steno-Typist – 10300-34800, Total Emoluments: Rs. 35863 + admissible allowances Per Month.
