Deputation Period
| The period will be of 3 years initially which can be extended up to 5 years. |
Selection Process
| Selection will be made of those candidates whose services can be spared on deputation immediately on their selection. | |
| The application of only those officers would be considered which are routed through proper channel along with following documents | |
| 1 | Application in prescribed proforma-Annexure-C |
| 2 | Cadre Clearance certificate from the controlling Authority |
| 3 | Statement giving details of Major/Minor penalties imposed upon the officer if any during the last 10 years |
| 4 | Vigilance Clearance/Integrity certificate |
| 5 | Photocopies of the ACRs/APARs for the last five years duly attested on each page by an officer not below the level of undersecretary or equivalent. |

| Applications completed in all respects in the prescribed format along with documents as per Annexure A should reach to the respective LSA’s as given in Annexure A on or before 02nd March 2020 |
