Indian Army 10+2 Technical Entry Scheme 2017

Indian Army has released notification for unmarried Male candidates for Permanent Commission 10+2 Technical Entry Scheme Course-36 Commencing from Jan 2017.

Eligible & Interested male candidates can apply online from 24th May 2016 to 30th June 2016

Name of the Course: 10+2 Technical Entry Scheme (TES) Course-36

Vacancies Details:

Total vacancies are 90; the vacancies are subject to increase/decrease keeping the organizational requirement at the point of time

Permanent Commission: On successful completion, 4 years of the course cadets will be granted Permanent Commission in the Army in the rank of Lt.

Grant of Commission: On successful completion of total 04 years training, the candidates will be commissioned in the rank of Lt.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidate must either be (i) a citizen of India, or (ii) a subject of Bhutan, or (iii) a subject of Nepal, or (iv) a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before the 01st Jan 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India or (v) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka & East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire & Ethopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India

Provided that a candidate belonging to categories (ii), (iii), (iv) and (v) above shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility

Age Limit:

Candidates age must not be below 16½ years and above 19½ years as on the first day of the month in which the course is commencing i.e. the candidate should not be born before 01st July 1997 and not after 01st July 2000 (both days inclusive)

Educational Qualifications:

Only those candidates who have passed 10+2 exam or its equivalent with a minimum aggregate of 70% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognized education boards are eligible to apply for this entry. Eligibility conditions for calculating PCM percentage of various State/Central boards will be based on marks obtained in Class XII only

Selection Process

Candidates will be selected based on cutoff % as decided by the Rtg Dte & Services Selection Board (SSB) Interview

Once Selection Centre has been allotted, candidates will select their SSB dates of first cum first service basis by logging on to respective Selection Centre links forwarded via e-mail

Stipend

The candidates will be given a stipend of Rs 21,000/- p.m. (Rs.15600/- as pay in Pay Band plus Grade Pay of Rs.5400/-) as is admissible to NDA cadets on completion of 3 years training. On completion of 4 years training they will be commissioned in the rank of Lt. and entitled to pay as admissible to the rank

Candidates may apply online through the website www.joinindianarmy.nic.in from 24th May 2016 at 1000 Hrs. to 30th June 2016 at 1000 Hrs.

Detailed instructions for filling up online application form are available once the candidates click “Online Application Link”; after submitting online application, candidates are required to obtain two copies of the application printout and the Roll Number generated by the system

One copy of the print out application duly Signed by the candidate will be carried to the selection centre for the SSB interview along with affixed photograph attested by a gazatted officer of Central/State Govt., photocopies of Class 10th & 12th Class Certificate duly attested by Gazetted officer and all the above certificates in original. No need to send any hard copy to DG Rtg./Rtg Dte.
